The postman and the dog: a love story
It could easily be a movie scene, when the dog waits for the owner to come home. However, it's just another day in Moose’s routine, a golden retriever dog. The difference is that the resident of the city of Grand Rapids, in the United States, does not wait for its owners, but for the postman.
At the end of the last month, Meghan Aileen, owner of the dog, noticed that he asked to leave when he heard the sound of the mail truck. Moose's first meeting with the worker was on 25 January.
Since then, the faithful companion waits for the hug every day.
- Every day, at the same time, he is very excited to go out. Moose patiently waits until the postman approaches our house. When he sees his friend leaving the truck, he instantly starts wagging his tail, said the pet's tutor to GaúchaZH.
Meghan shares Moose’s moments on Instagram on a daily basis. The records of meetings with his great friend are also there. For her, these moments are fun and, fortunately, will happen at other times:
